I feel that College students and new graduates often feel they have nothing to include on a resume when conducting job search.

Work Experience:
College students’ work experience is often less or no to their job targets, but the only information left to include is education. If you have some work experiences but not enough to impress the managers and business owners of the world. You need something that will help earn you an interview and, hopefully, achieve the goal of obtaining a job offer and starting your new career. But with little or no experience, what is a new college graduate to do?

Eye Catcher:
In fact you have to write a resume that captures the attention of the hiring manager within the first couple of seconds otherwise your resume will be lost. Most of the students thinks that they will just write their education history and get a job they are wrong make your resume more eye catching and more power full that hiring will have no option to hire you.

The resume doesn’t have to give your life story; it simply has to get the attention of the hiring manager enough that you get called in for an interview.

Objective:
What exactly are you looking for in a career? What are your career goals? What is your ideal job environment? These and other questions should be answered as part of your individual objective Open with a brief introductory paragraph describing your most “sellable” points.

Education:
Here, you should list your educational background. Your major field of study should be indicated, along with you minor field, if you had one. You should also indicate the name of your school and the year you received your degree. Depending on your education, you likely had to write papers, complete projects. What were the outcomes of these? Did you conduct comprehensive research on a subject? Use as much of your educational experience to your advantage. You can also include a summary of coursework, which often demonstrates transferable skills that are used in the educational setting and in the world of business.

There are also some other things to mention like Academic Achievements-Special Skills like MS office softwear etc and references- if demanded.

Attatch Cover Letter:
Another important item to always include with a college graduate’s resume is an obvious one but it is often overlooked. A Cover Letter It is important to write a convincing cover letter to accommodate a resume because it is here that the new college graduate can elaborate on skills, goals, and achievements.
One of the most important point is identification of mistakes after preparing your resume, reread it several times and make sure that it is error free.
