Be Comfortable
The first trick to improving presentation skills is to become comfortable in front of the audience. If you’re nervous you’ll make mistakes and while even the professionals make mistakes, the difference is those who are nervous will not be able to recover from them and the entire presentation may very well cease. These techniques include things like taking a small pause to collect your thoughts, and various breathing patterns that will slow your heart and keep you focused. Being able to appear comfortable, even if you’re not is the first step to improving presentation skills.
Improve Technical Aspects
The next step to improving presentation skills is to improve the technical aspects of your presentation. Make sure all are good to caught the audience attention. Without good content a presentation can be incredibly hard to deliver and even harder to listen to. The reason it’s hard to deliver such a presentation is because a poorly written presentation will cause your confidence to take a hit. Standing in front of a large group of people and talking is hard when you know in your heart what you’re saying is not interesting in the least. Spending the necessary time to collect your information and to put it together in a way that it creates an exciting and interesting presentation is the second key to improving presentation skills.
Practice
The last step to improving presentation skills is practice. Much like all the other skills in the world it takes a lot of practice to become good at it. While reading about improving presentation skills will help to an extent, you must take those things you read and put them to use. To practice you can use three different techniques. The first and best is to use a real fake audience. Gather anyone who is willing to listen such as friends or family and go through your presentation with them. This will allow you to practice and get feedback at the same time. The second technique is to practice in front of a mirror. You will be able to see how you are moving and what you look it, which will let you make any physical adjustments necessary. The final technique is to simply visualize an audience. Pretend they are there and act as if you were looking into their eyes.
Improving presentation skills doesn’t have to be a long and hard process. In fact it can be done in your spare time. If you have five minutes here and there just recite to yourself silently a couple tips you remember. Whenever you’re talking to someone act as if you were giving a presentation; give them good eye contact and arrange your thoughts in such a way that it is like you’re giving a presentation.

Yeah, enhancing one's presentation skills can be done in your spare time, maybe when you're stuck in traffic, I think it's something you can do while waiting. ^ ^~
